At Blacktown Florist, delivery isn't just a logistics service — it's the final act of care in every order we prepare. We're a woman-owned, family-run business with two local shops in Western Sydney, and every bouquet that leaves our doors is handcrafted fresh and personally delivered by our own team. We've been delivering flowers across Blacktown since 1956 — long before smartphones or GPS, back when our drivers found your street with an actual paper map book. We still know these streets, and we still take the same care getting your flowers there.
Delivery Fee & Areas
We charge a flat delivery fee of $19.95 to suburbs within approximately 20km of either of our shops — Blacktown and Rouse Hill. One simple, fair, transparent fee, so your flowers arrive fresh, on time, and in perfect condition.

Same-Day Delivery — How It Works
🕐 Order before 1pm during our opening hours and your flowers will be handcrafted and delivered fresh the very same day.
📅 Public holidays: We don't deliver on public holidays. If your occasion falls on or around one, we recommend ordering a day in advance, or calling us to discuss the best arrangement.
📍 Full address required: Please provide the recipient's complete address and phone number when ordering. This ensures smooth, timely delivery and lets our driver contact the recipient if needed.

Please note: if a delivery location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, flowers will be returned to our shop and a small re-delivery fee may apply. We always do our best to complete every delivery successfully, and we'll contact the recipient first if we encounter any difficulty.

Same-day delivery is available for all orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Sunday during our open hours. Order before 1pm and your flowers will be handcrafted fresh and delivered to the recipient's door the very same day. Please note that we do not deliver on public holidays — if your occasion falls on a public holiday, we recommend ordering a day ahead or calling us to make alternative arrangements.
Our delivery team will always do their best to complete every delivery safely and successfully. For home deliveries, flowers will be left at a secure doorstep or building foyer where possible. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, the flowers will be returned to our shop and a small re-delivery fee may apply. To avoid any issues, we recommend providing the recipient's phone number when placing your order so our driver can contact them directly if needed.
Absolutely — and it's completely free! Free pick-up is available at both our Blacktown and Rouse Hill locations. Picking up in person is a wonderful option if you'd like to ensure the very freshest blooms, or if you're in the area and would like to pop in and say hello. We'd love to see you!
Yes, we do. For hospital deliveries, our team delivers directly to the nurses' station for the relevant ward, who will then pass the flowers on to the recipient. We recommend checking with the ward beforehand regarding any restrictions on fresh flowers, as some areas have specific guidelines. For aged care facilities, please include the full facility name, address, and the recipient's room or ward number when placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.
